For example questioning the husband why is he always working late?🤔 The answer to that question could be maybe he got promotion to a higher paying position in which he may have to work late once in a while. Why does he have 2 cell phones all of a sudden? again it can be work related especially if he's a Lawyer, Doctor, and especially if he has his own business🤓. Fun video! My hubby and I met during our final semester in college. Went on spring break together to Mexico where he proposed after only dating me for a month. Lol ... We married five months later. Still happy after 33 years! No children. :) I couldn’t get pregnant. We tried with a doctor, but decided to just get pets. ~ Time goes so fast when you’re happy together! xopj

To me I think that the big moments don't matter much, the wedding, the dress, the guests etc. etc. The quality of your relationship has nothing to do with being married or not or how expensive, lavish, or well-photographed your wedding happened to be. It has everything to do with your daily habits of coexisting with and relating to your partner. Your success and happiness, in general, depend much on your daily habits and routines with each other. The roots of a lasting relationship are mindfulness, deep listening and loving speech, and a strong community to support each other and I think you two are the perfect example. You don't have to be married to make a relationship lasts...12 years is a marriage.

I was also never a girl who wanted to get married and never expected it especially because we had a tough year before the proposal, but after the proposal we were in 7th heaven for probably 8 months 😂 and the wedding and process until the wedding brought us so much more together after all that. I still don‘t believe that somebody needs to get married, but in my case i think we „needed“ it for our relationship, it changed something in us and since then we are more in love and connected than ever before. I agree with you @Andrea Mossi and @Mandeep T ! I would love it for Negin to go a little more in depth about her plant-based diet, like her favourite go-to recipes or maybe some advice on eating out. She could also share their experience going wholefood and plant-based (especially Maurits'), I think it might be interesting for those who are or want to do the same thing (me included) ! ;-)

You guys really remember my boyfriend and I. We are together since 13 years and not married. The love, attraction and respect we have for each other is so powerfull that we don't feel the need to get married but we are not against this idea. Maybe one day we do but until there we enjoy all the time together.
I don't know these people. So this is just what I'm getting from this video. Negin does not admire Mauritz the same way he does her. The fact that he would readily marry her, but she does not want to marry him, means something. Relationships are so heartbreaking. We've all heard of people who stay together for 10 years and then turn around and get married to someone they've known for 6 months. I truly truly hope I am wrong and I truly hope Negin is being honest with herself and with her partner. I think it is very convenient for Negin to have Mauritz (he is simple, flexible, smart, handsom, smart) but that does not mean she wants to marry him or admires, loves him enough for that. As one who has been married for 17 years, I can tell you that if you are only getting married because of the "event", you should not be getting married. Getting married is different than being in a relationship where you can exit at any time with no strings attached. Marriage is a lot of hard work and commitment, more satisfying and full of many challenges and disappointments, aside from inviting children into a stable family.

5:05 thats sad tbh... reminds me of one of my relationships... he clearly wants kids, she is just fooling him into thinking she wants it too... but when the "when" question comes up she quickly changes subject. i wouldnt waste my time on that, as they clearly want different things. the ones who end up changing their minds, in the end, are the ones who want these things... and they end up frustrated for having their dream destroyed while the other person keeps going in life careless.

Check pinterest! A great source of vegan recipes. Also there are a ot of great youtubers like Maddie Lymburner, avantgardevegan (his recipes are awesome), Tess Begg. I highly recommend their content!

I agree with you @Andrea Mossi and @Mandeep T ! I would love it for Negin to go a little more in depth about her plant-based diet, like her favourite go-to recipes or maybe some advice on eating out. She could also share their experience going wholefood and plant-based (especially Maurits'), I think it might be interesting for those who are or want to do the same thing (me included) ! ;-)
The website 'the minimalist baker' is amazing for vegan recipies, as is the cookbook oh she glows. There are many but these are my two favorites. Hope this helps! :)
Maurits is such a sincere, honest and caring guy not trying to impress the audience. Is N actually 'taking advantage' of his good and gullible personality to achieve her goals in life (even if they have equal shares in business)? If it was not because of May she would not be where she is now.

You guys really remember my boyfriend and I. We are together since 13 years and not married. The love, attraction and respect we have for each other is so powerfull that we don't feel the need to get married but we are not against this idea. Maybe one day we do but until there we enjoy all the time together.
I don't know these people. So this is just what I'm getting from this video. Negin does not admire Mauritz the same way he does her. The fact that he would readily marry her, but she does not want to marry him, means something. Relationships are so heartbreaking. We've all heard of people who stay together for 10 years and then turn around and get married to someone they've known for 6 months. I truly truly hope I am wrong and I truly hope Negin is being honest with herself and with her partner.
I think it is very convenient for Negin to have Mauritz (he is simple, flexible, smart, handsom, smart) but that does not mean she wants to marry him or admires, loves him enough for that. If Negin was a man, telling that to a woman... everyone would be telling Mauritz to get out.

I feel you Negin, I also never thought about getting married or dreamed about a wedding dress. I think it doesn‘t change anything and if you need to get married to change your relationship it is wrong. Why do people always need to ask that, let them live, they seem happy. There are so many married couples with a broken relationship

You make such a great couple. And I love your perspective of marriage. It's something beautiful, but not needed if there is pure love and support. Ayway, wedding bussines is soo overpirced. I remember watching Goldie Hawn's interview, when she told that instead of a huge wedding, she and her other half donated all the money they calculated they would have spend on that, and that is soo amazing!

How did Negin build her business?
As one who has been married for 17 years, I can tell you that if you are only getting married because of the "event", you should not be getting married. Getting married is different than being in a relationship where you can exit at any time with no strings attached. Marriage is a lot of hard work and commitment, more satisfying and full of many challenges and disappointments, aside from inviting children into a stable family.
You two (three) are going to be the best parents ever....💝

I love what you were saying about saying hi in Holland vs. the mainland. I'm from Hawaii, and on Maui it's very typical to say hi and just make eye contact or whatever, whereas in LA for example, I go to do that and same thing, nothing in return, but I do it anyway.

What I love about maurtis that he does his own things! He is in no competition with negin. Many couple thing they have to be exactly identical in terms of identity. That’s what makes mau different from many blogger’s boyfriend.

I don't know if you believe in God or not, but the idea of marriage is to take a vow before God and man on your commitment to each another. When you are Christian per se, the significance of marriage is really strong and important. It is not about the wedding day but the marriage.
