One of the few thumbs up I've given for these home tours. #1 Very delighted that the stairs aren't the first thing that you encounter when you enter the house. #2 FINALLY viewing a house that utilizes all of the space well. There are no oversized, half-empty rooms, and all of the rooms flow well not only with each other, but throughout the house.
I perhaps can never afford these lovely homes of my dream, but I have a huge TV, so as I’m watching I feel like I’m walking through these beautiful homes! I’ve been to every corner of it!
Cassie Esmee I know right I just keep watching them and thinking that's my house with my family in there even though we can't afford something like this but I wish
Wow. I've never seen a twelve year old introduce a home tour before! Keep up the hard work young man! Someday you'll be old enough to own one of these homes too!
Why do I love these😂 I'm not planing on buying a house, if I was, this is probably not in my price range, and I live in America and I wanna keep it that way😂
No matter how many of these beautiful stunning homes I see I still want to walk in and see open. All open. I want to walk in and see the whole kitchen all open floor plan. Or I wouldn't buy it
Nice but if I where to spend that much on a house I wouldn't have neighbors , especially ones that close. Why do they build these houses soo dam close to each other!!
They have to, there's only so much land. Well, actually there's a lot of land in the gta but stupid people keep complaining about keeping a green belt on it, so now builders only have so much land to build which means more condos, town homes etc. This means only rich people get a house like this. Everyone else gets to live in a condo or a house where their neighbours are 2 feet away (if your lucky)
@@gracejeffrey1977 Canada is BIGGER than the USA but only has the population of California. They've got plenty of land to build on but they don't have greedy politicians like here in the United States. They respect and value the land there. There are plenty of communities in Canada where the homes are built far from each other. Whereas in the United States, homes are literally piled up on each other (multiple home dwelling) and thousands of row homes.
Que bonito video, que bien hecho. Felicidades, todo es hermoso, desde la presentación, así se hacen las cosas, que tengas muchos éxitos nene, saludos desde México.
I love the layout of this house. I like rooms and not everything so open. It's also a nice size not to big. You could even live in it by yourself. I might change most of the floors to some kind of wood but it's not necessary.
Stupenda e Confortevole Villona Canadese... Sarebbe bello poterci vivere dentro, anche se ci sono ancora delle cose da migliorare ed ammodernare e sistemare... A wonderful huge luxury house...
I think they blew the budget tiling the entire driveway. The finishes on the second floor aren't equal to some of the finishes on the first. The design of that master bathroom is waaaay too buyer specific. Prospective buyers in this price range don't want to think about re-tiling an entire bathroom . Also, the layout of the kitchen is odd. Why put the fridge in that spot? All in all, poorly executed. The design of this house is all over the place.
It’s like a house built in the 70s but trying ever so slowly to transition to the new, so the motifs in the tiling, fixtures, and furniture are incredibly mixed and mismatched. Everything fixed into place looks old and aged but then you have random contemporary pieces like the tables with metal on them, and some decor. It’s jarring and overall not homely. It feels like my grandparents’ house if they had too much money. The fridge is in a bad place because the doors are huge so you’d be blocking the flow every time you open it. The pantry should have been there. And the island’s protruding corners are so unnecessary and hazardous. And if this was custom built, why are the ceilings so low and the windows so small, did the owners really not want much open feeling and natural light?
Outside is great, minus the awnings and the switch from stone brick to brick. The inside is atrocious though. So inconsistent, layout is messy, ceilings are inconsistent, staging is awful, etc. One thing i will give the house though is the kitchen. That was pretty good.
Nice house but needs a interior decorator for the inside to bring it out more and the only other issue i have is it's so close to other houses no privacy especially at the pool area other than that its beautiful
It's a stunning home however, the colour chosen for the stain of the wood (flooring and railings) on a reddish tinge, just isn't working. It reminds me of outdoor redwood patios. Sorry, but I'm just giving you an honest opinion. A chestnut or honey brown would have provided you with a more neutral pallet that would allow this home to transition more gracefully into the future. As with everyone's comments. . . what were they thinking on the tiles in the master bedroom ensuite. Those were colours from the late 1970's. Had you gone with white and a small detail, you would have been so better off. The kitchen was spot on--timeless in every way.
I've been praying for a home all my life may the good Lord bless me.
Work kard sis!! You got this, hope al the best for you 🙂
I pray your hopes and dreams come to you🤗🤗🤗hugs from NJ

I wish this was my home...stunning absolutely gorgeous..lucky family whoever lives here
Girl I just love how huge the kitchen is.
Love how they showed the backyard in the end of the vid from the screen of the mini theatre ... That was cool...
I dont know why I keep looking at these videos... I will never be able to afford a house even close to this.
Is kinda like why guys look at girls that will never date them LOL, still fun and enjoyable.
Cassie Esmee - Anything is possible and you are just as worthy as anyone else to enjoy the home of your dreams!😃
Cassie Esmee
Work hard, earn and dream about it, just remember to believe in your dreams so dreams will believe in you too
Heh same maybe a broken house
Cassie Esmee I know right I just keep watching them and thinking that's my house with my family in there even though we can't afford something like this but I wish
That house was amazing until the hideous master bath tile😝😝😝
cjodigo
*EXACTLY* this what my message would have said! Soon as i seen it i was like *WOW* horrible colours!!
I see,
Yep
cjodigo the emojis!!! Lol
And cheap countertops
Beautiful home. They sure put some money into the driveway. Should have used that money on the master bedroom and bath.

Agreed, I need at least a full acre of space. You can hop out the window and into your neighbors without touching the ground with these new homes 😧

Same thing I said if I'm going to buy a big beautiful house like that I don't want to be able to touch my neighbor's house from my yard with my hand
Gorgeous home.
Amazing home! 💚💚
Omg how old is he ? 16 ?
Sandra Rojas thats what I had thought.
Who
Outside beautiful. Interior needs work
Ya
Total agree!!
The inside definitely has potential, just needs mostly cosmetic updates
I think the interior is beautiful. It looks warm and warm inviting and not cold and austere. However, that master bath was a total gut job.
Nice video
This song makes me think about life. What's the name?
Que bonito video, que bien hecho. Felicidades, todo es hermoso, desde la presentación, así se hacen las cosas, que tengas muchos éxitos nene, saludos desde México.
Gracias, saludos.
Really like the master suite bathroom!
I've only seen 5/7 bed rooms in total. He said 5 upstairs and two additional downstairs. I've only seen 4 upstairs and 1 downstairs😭.
Nice home though
I love my 2 story 4 bedroom house... I come here for the music... love it
This is the most beautiful house. Just the way I like
Master Bathroom make me shocked!!!
I was thinking oh my god is so perfect and then the master bath jajajaja

Love the house but disappointed in the master bathroom. Looks dated.
Snarky Absolutly!
My thought exactly! They did such a great job everywhere else, and then- oh.
Snarky : My sentiments exactly 🤦🏽♀️
Yes, horrible tiles.
I agree completely, but it would be easy enough to change the tile, just do it before you move in, and dodge the dust.
Beautiful! Wonderful!
I really love this house
What a beautiful 😍 home! I like the contrast between the cherry wood and white!
these houses are nice and this house is my dream house
Very beautiful 🐦
Great idea with the driveway. Not much to mow.
Beautiful house 🏠
Aww you're so young!
😯 what did I just saw in the master bath?
The house is beautiful and perfect..
Lovely home 🏡
Beautiful home but that master on suite was a disappointment.
Muy bonita, espacios generosos, bonitos colores de pisos y buenos acabados... pero muy fría le hizo falta un poco de tapices o tonos en la pared
Crowded kitchen, white walls everywhere and a questionable tile in the master bath... 🤢.
Such a large house ! I wonder how many people it was built for?
Omg did u use the home theater to show back yard.
Stupenda e Confortevole Villona Canadese... Sarebbe bello poterci vivere dentro, anche se ci sono ancora delle cose da migliorare ed ammodernare e sistemare... A wonderful huge luxury house...
I love this house, but that master bath has to go. The realtor looks like he should be getting ready for his senior prom.
Awesome!
Nice house,design is good
es hermosa la casa, como es hermoso soñar, la miro y me hallo dentro de ella, me dispondo y predispongo a habitarla solo con mirarla

Why would you want to move if you lived somewhere as beautiful as this

I was thinking the same thing about that bathroom

Outside is great, minus the awnings and the switch from stone brick to brick.

Very beautiful house, but I would not want to have to clean it omg .
no closet space in the bedrooms ...?
Only 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs... 🤷🏾
I haven't seen any of these clips that shows whether there is central fresh air or air purifying system .......
that is amazing l wish that is my house
Nice house but needs a interior decorator for the inside to bring it out more and the only other issue i have is it's so close to other houses no privacy especially at the pool area other than that its beautiful

50Street21 totally agree. I am not digging the red floors and those bathrooms need a major overhaul.
