    The Grandson lived in the area where Richland is (outskirts of Zephyrhills in Pasco County) with a road named after the Stewart's. The grandson and 'friend' would have had to walk many miles through woods to get to his grandparents place in Green Swamp, which is in Polk County! Numerous Paranormal Investigators have been out there and have documented orbs, shadow people and EVP's at the Stewart house.
    Don't forget the 'SkunkApe' of Green Swamp as well....well documented!

      It would have been a really long walk. Must have taken hours each way. It is a good 20 minute drive just from 471.
      Been looking hard for a skunkape for a long time......Never seen one.

      It is in central Florida, about 40 miles west of Orlando.

      Southwest Florida Water Management District owns this WMA. Its over 50000 acres in size. Plenty of room to roam.
