Yeah, originally it didn't really matter as in the MCU it seemed he was just kinda part of his own species, but at the end of eternals they kinda seemed to confirm that he was an eternal
Well in the MCU there is no "Deviant gene" since Eternals are synthetic beings created on the World Forge, and Deviants are an alien predatory species. The two aren't related evolutionary branches of humanity in the movies.
Captain Marvel wasn't there when the Avengers discussed who would use the infinity gauntlet. We don't know if she could snap with it. But we do know she can channel enough energy to restart a sun in The Marvels.
Yeah but it's not entirely clear what exactly it is that is the requirement for using it, it's probably not energy output as well neither hulk nor thanos have any. It might just be having to just have the right body.
Any of the superhuman Avengers could probably have performed the battlefield snap to eliminate Thanos and his army. It only affected the immediate area, it wasn't a universal scale feat with an exponentially higher level of feedback. But Hulk was the only choice to perform the snap restoring the universe to normal. He was the only one both physically strong enough to survive and mentally sharp enough to being everyone back safely.

Would Druig even be able to mind-control Thanos? He needed a huge power boost to mind-control a baby Celestial, while Mantis was able to mind-control the Celestial Ego without too much trouble and yet she still had a hard time mind-controlling Thanos. Also, Endgame Thanos was able to fight Iron Man, Captain America and Thor combined and win, so I think he should be more than capable of fighting Thena, Gilgamesh and Ikaris as well.
Well Mantis was very used to affecting Ego (she doesn't exactly actually have mind control) and she had almost direct physical access to his mind, and it's not entirely clear how ego the celestial is related to the other celestials. Thanos was also holding infinity stones at the time that may or may not have maybe made it harder. (Also I probably wouldn't exactly call it a baby celestial)

You must've forgotten how these movies went Danco. The Eternals are going up against Thanos with all the Infinity gems, In Avengers IW he was only missing 2. Also, if the Avengers and the Eternals teamed up against Thanos, the planet Earth would have been destroyed sooner because when Thanos snapped and decreased the population, it took a bit longer for the celestial to be born.
If Thanos fights the Enternals, he will lose for sure. here is why: case 1 The Infinity Thanos: if Thanos has the gauntlet, Druig will mind control him while Gilgamesh tries to take the gauntlet out of his hand, and while others try to hold him off, then Makkari takes the stones far away from Thanos then Thena will cut off his head. or if Gilgamesh can't take off the gauntlet, either Thena will cut Thanos's head while Druig's mind controls him or cut Thanos's hand out so the gauntlet will be removed. In the first case, there are 6 outcomes if the Eternals fight Thanos so I just name a few. case 2 The End Game Thanos: if Thanos summons his army to fight the Eternals, Makkari and Sersi will both defeat his army along with Phastos and Kingo in order to wipe out his army asap so they can focus on Thanos. After Thanos's army is done, Ajak will heal who is wounded and combine all the Eternal to fight the mad titan, Sersi will materialize his gauntlet as well as Thanos's weapon and armor which makes him more vulnerable from Ikaris and Gilgamesh with the other Eternals as well. In case 2 there are 10 outcomes so Thanos will be heavily damaged and can be easily killed by the Eternals. In conclusion, the Eternals are way stronger, more powerful, and more experienced than the Avengers and Thanos himself. Which means if Thanos fights against the Eternals, he already lose from the beginning, either with the gauntlet or not.

I think he took the power stone out to hit one of the ladies.
Comic book eternals rocked. Marvel movie eternals, hot woke trash. Thanos crushes.
Ikaris' heat vision was barely able to affect the deviant in eternals. Hulk is stronger than Ikaris and Gilgamesh. Athenas blades maybe could pierce him but its not certain. They can't even speedblitz him. Thor is insanely fast as well. Given that, it's unlikely the eternals can defeat him. Thor alone is more powerful than the eternals individual. End game Thor may be out of shape and practice but he overpowered Thanos...yet Thanos with sheer skill prevailed. Thanos stomps them.
If Thanos has the mind stone druig would be useless
Thanos was pinned down way before Mantis came into play.. Ikaris alone will handle Thanos
Bro the only reason mantis mind controlled him was because he didnt have the mind stone... if he had it none of thst would happen thats y they waited to give him that stone last cause it wouldn't make any sense at all
The eternals could barely hold their own again some random deviants.😅
Thanos with one arm behind his back the whole team. This would be one of those "Hold my gauntlet" moments. 🍺
Exactly. Danco must be smoking that spliff hard when he said the eternals win 🤦🏽
Thanos was part of the Eternals in the past, I don't no why he didn't show up in the movie.
@@JOKER-bl4rd he was a son of celestial and an eternal but wasn't a part of it.
Name an Eternal nearly as weak as Stark and Steve
Thanos definitely didn’t tank scarlet witch magic lol

They’re not beating Thanos, Wanda and Captain Girl boss are some of the strongest characters in Marvel and could wash the eternals themselves. Thanos survived and beat every hero he went up against. If you gave him his armor and sword it’s over for them. Provided they don’t have their power boost stuff
The Eternals seems like a freakin'🎸 gang that can 1 👆 A Star Wars beast, but Thanos fightin' more he can 👊
