I really like your documentary movie about learning Spanish only by 1 month. I have been learning English 3 years, every day, and now I can say that I'm fluent. All my free time I spent for learning English and this is amazing like after some time you see your results :) I'm learning Spanish now, but frankly, is harder for me to learn this, because I love using English.

His method to learn a language: Have a lot of money to pay a tutor and travel to the country. Have a lot of free time. And don't have a job (it will only get in the way).
One thing I learned way to late in life is commit and give all your attention to one thing and be excellent at it. Take school. I went back to College at 40 years old, and I take one course per semester. Two courses and two A's later I sky rocketed my GPA. Next semester, yep one course. Exactly my question too. He did not explain how he made something non-negotiable. He first used the example of going to work.
