Hello, very cool video, I have a question, at 1:00 the stop light is full in the 3 red squares on each rear lights, I fucking love this, but I was wondering how the wirings will tolerate the power consumption (from 42w (2 bulbs) to 126w (6 bulbs), it's 10amp !) and how it work when the headlight is on ? (Need of a double filaments bulb ?) Thx a lot
These are N/A spec tail lights and I would assume N/A spec wiring which uses an individual plug per bulb, they only have 2 brake lights at the bottom and they are lit using a dual filament bulb.
I have my original lamps modded to use two dual filament bulbs, it works great since more than ten years right now. The third section of the lamp is for the fog light and the type of light it gives is different due to its design and I don’t recommend using it as a normal or stop light.
The factory syncro models have the same floor panel, just a different rear axle, which fits under any normal golf. With some mods u can swap the syncro for the more modern 4motion from mk4.
