Friction is the force that prevents the movement of a static object or resists the moving object from moving in the opposite direction. The surface area of the contact force does not affect friction because friction only depends on the object's mass, gravity, and coefficient of friction.

    • @Jakob3xD
      @Jakob3xD 2 месяца назад

The friction itself doesn't change but because of the higher pressure on a smaller area of for example dot skates, you might perceive a higher resistance on softer pads. On a glass pad I agree.

Hi! 😊 Both skates are great. Valorant is a more control oriented games. Maybe the Jade is a bit too fast for that. The Obsidian feels a bit slower but provides still a very good glide, so maybe better. About dots or full skates, it depends on the friction. Dots provides less friction, while full skates give more friction in dynamic movement. But gives the opposite feeling when you press on your pad. @@hendyp6325 Yes, for me the ICE V2 is a bit slower. I didn't know you are using the Lamzu Maya. There are not so many skates for it. I received the Maya red with red stock skates (first batch, pre sample). Feels like the obsidian to me. I am not sure if Lamzu use tiger ice v2 on their mice. But for your case, I think the corepad ctrl will be the best choice. Because you will not feel that huge difference between maya stock stakes and Tiger ice v1, v2 and corepad pro. Maybe until corepad ctrl are available for the maya, an unconventional solution is maybe using Yanzi dot skates.

Which CorePad do I use the Lamzu Atlantis Mini Pro 4K/LGG Saturn Pro Soft ?
    Hi!
I come here to be directed to the best combo!
I recently changed my mouse pad and mouse.
Before I used the Fnatic Focus 3 mat with the Logitech 502 Hero with the original mouse feet/pads!.
I currently have my new mouse, the Lamzu Atlantis Mini Pro 4K compatible,
with the new mousepad being the Lethal Gaming Gear Saturn Pro Soft, not the Xsoft.
I mainly play Valorant and a little Apex Legends.
I am always at 1600/1800 DPI depending on the game, with Medium/Low sensitivity
    (example, Valorant 1800DPI/0.19 in games)
I play with the 4KHz mouse enabled.
With my new Lamzu Atlantis Mini Pro 4K mouse, there is basically a little skid, I found that this was not smooth enough in control,
So I put the largest skate available with the mouse and I find it a bit too fast.
I therefore turned to CorePad, but the question is which one to take between the PROs and the CRTLs?
in your opinion which one to take?
What would be the best combos for my use and settings?
Is there a big difference between pro and ctrl?
are the pro skates really different from the basic mouse skates?
the best choice to avoid quickly damaging the new mouse pad between the pro or ctrl pads?
I like the control on the fps, especially for the micro adjustments as well as being precise with good stability, but also being able to track a fast moving target or put a flickshot in a simple way.
    yes I'm annoying
I apologize in advance for my stupid questions because I know nothing about mouse skates
thank you in advance for your answers
ps je suis français, c'est un copier coller de mon poste sur reddit, ou j'ai pas eu vraiment de grosse réponse.

Hi! The corepad pro will feel faster than Lamzu's stock skates. The CTRL is noticeable slower than the pro. But not so slow, so that you can still track or flickshot your enemy. In general, corepad has a good surface roughness so that it doesn't damage the pad so fast. I don't know what your budget is. But you could buy both. You have 2 sets in one box and then maybe try which one is the best for you. 👍
