Every single athlete/team (except cricket) going to play any tournament or tour abroad is required by their sports federation to file NOC request with PSB 8 weeks (yes... EIGHT WEEKS) in advance to travel. Even those sports teams/athletes who arent even funded by PSB! Pakistan football teams suffering because of this nonsense policy and the silly technicalities PSB's bureaucrats impose on them.
