At one point in my life I lost my Familiy....Relationship.....my cat.....my friends. I felt realy alone.....did hurt bad and I asked " who loves me now? And who can I love?" I felt so so Cold and alone. Shortly later I realized " now nothing is left then YOU and now you have to love YOURSELF." I always needed to love someone else.....to support someone else....that gave me also a good feeling. Take care for others.
I come back to your channel, and listen at random. Something that makes me feel warm in cold weather, comforting in the howling nights.

We are have our own journey. In addition to living our journey, we can choose to examine, explore, question and delight in it as an intimate observer would. It is in that role of intimate observer that we can discover and practice own acceptance, nurturance and celebration of ourselves.

There is in fact a "step by step guide" .It is called the individuation process put forth by psychiatrist Carl Jung. A good place to start is with his book "Modern Man In Search Of A Soul." There are lots of lectures uploaded here on RUclips on the subject. It is so true what is said here about walls. It is when we believe the walls (Persona) are the person that gets us into trouble I think. This series that chronicles people's journeys is so relatable .

Very puzzling contents... that I sense lots of growing up pain in her...No matter how no responsible parents is beyond their own children's love except the grownup children having too much egoistics of their selfish ownchoice that always endup in the loosing part

When i was 7 years old, i remember asking myself "who am i?" "And what am i doing here?" - in the middle of it, i was lost. but now at 49, time to reconnect to that thought again(",)
