The Blue Lagoon - Best Cliff Jumping in the UK | Abereiddy, Pembrokshire

Have you ever wanted to go cliff diving in the UK? Well then - Blue Lagoon in Abereiddy, Haverfordwest is the place for you! Its got enough jumps to keep any thrill seeker happy as well as a big slate beach prime and ready for BBQ's or families. The parking only costs £5 and other then that its completely for free! It's a great day out, but make sure you remember a wetsuit and some towels because it's freezing in that water!

If people haven't jumped before and know exactly how to land etc please use a local guide like TyF, Celtic, Real Adventure etc. The lagoon has been rammed all summer and a lot of coastguard call outs.

I used to come here when I worked as an adventure activities residential care worker with kids in care. Great place and the kids used to love it as well. We used to call it “Adventurous Jumping” 😂

Me and my friends are thinking of visiting this spot soon, we live about 3 and a half hours away in south west England but this spot looks so good we want to visit anyways. Can you tell me if you have to go specifically at high tide or it is fine all year round no matter what?
