unless you are extremely unlucky getting heroes is easy. have all f2p legendary heroes. some 2 copies of them plus 136 summon stones for the next summon and 16 red ones

What's the fun if you're buying advancement in a game that's unobtainable by everyone. This is why this game will never have a long future. There is no carrot for the f2p players to strive for and follow. If all guardians can not be obtained for free, however rare or however long it may take, the model won't work. The top 1% of spenders in a game can not be the lifeblood of it. It's not sustainable. This is why clash of clans, as an example, is thriving almost a decade later. The small spenders make it viable.
If players want to put money into the game they can buy whatever they want, F2P has a big incentive with Gen/Core 1 heroes and building them out 100% as F2P. There are a few games where heroes/items are behind the paywall and honestly for a NFT game the dynamic is significantly different which F2P players can earn actual RL rewards
