  • In this video I beak down the pay you can expect as a trainee pharmacist in the UK. Definitely nothing compared to banking and private companies but its definitely fun!
Let me know what you think.

What you said is right, you can create an account on the .gov.uk website and see your salary and taxes for yourself and request a refund if overtaxed.

Please, I am currently a final year student in school in Nigeria. Studying Microbiology(B.sc). I've always wanted to study Pharmacy.
I've had the thoughts of starting over a fresh Pharmacy undergraduate degree, probably in the UK, but I heard it's really costly to do undergrad in the UK.
So, 1st, I was wondering if after studying Microbiology, I'll really have to redo an undergraduate degree in pharmacy to become a pharmacist. Or is there a way I could further it with the Bsc I have in microbiology?
Please, I've had this bother me for a very long time. I really hope you'll answer me. Thank you.

2 years late but you have to do the mpharm undergrad degree to become a pharmacist. there is no postgrad programme that is the only way

So you pay £200 tax a year? That sounds pretty decent, I was under the impression after tax your left with about 27k?
