Just the way Yoshikage Kira was with Reimi, and how remorseless he is even in death. This whole scene. He truly was evil to the core, immune to pity. This was a fitting punishment, an uncertain fate, and one where he certainly will not be able to be at peace as he desired in life… for all of eternity.

You know, JoJo has a way of making the defeat of the villains really satisfying. Dio is killed my his own power, utterly helpless, Kira Is literally dragged into hell thanks to his original victim, Diavalo re-experiences death for eternity. It really feels makes the endings great.

I think Dio and Kira have it better than the others. They get to go to hell, and that sucks, sure, but given how Hells of most religions work they have the chance to reflect upon themselves and maybe be reborn again(?), but for Kars and Diavolo they never truly die thus never going to any afterlife and getting the same options as Dio and Kira.

I think that's how all stands die, when killer queen 3rd bomb activated you can see josuke, jotaro, and others stands exploding. Dio and Kira stands died in the same way
This whole encounter is why I love Jojo's, why I love how Araki writes conflicts.
You have the engagement, the two parties coming together. The reason for the conflict is often given at this point.
The Mystery, what does the other person have up their sleeve. The rules of engagement coming apart slowly. This is usually when a stand's powers are show cased, often to a very confusing scene.
The conflict, in this case it's Reimi trying to trick Kira, and Kira realizing this. A stand's power is then deconstructed.
The twist, Reimi was ahead of him the whole time. The stand power is countered, outsmarted, or someone flat out brute forces their way through the battle.
Each one of Jojo's stand battles are written like this, and why they're so much fun to watch.

One line I wished they'd kept in is that Kira said something along the lines of planning on staying there in the afterlife after getting rid of Reimi where he would have a place of eternal peace to himself, exactly what he was looking for. It just makes the line where Reimi retorts with "I'm sure it's somewhere you won't be able to rest in peace" a bit better in my opinion.

スタンド名として表記はされているものの、本人は仗助のクレイジーダイヤモンドを視認できず、また『纏う形』でも『そばに現れ立つ』訳でも『自律している形』でも、ましてや『遠隔操作型』でもない。
『本人が全く違う物質に変化する』という、作中で説明されている『スタンド』という能力とは明らかに逸脱した性質を持っているので、個人的な解釈としては
「作者の荒木先生が、スタンドとは全く異なる能力を、読者が分かりやすいようにスタンドのパラメータを基準にして名付けた」
というのを推してます。
実際『ジョジョの奇妙な冒険シリーズ』には『人間ではない生物が異能力を使う』という描写の前例が、第一部と第二部にあります(6部の赤ちゃんはスタンドとして分類させてもらうとして)。
なので、私としてはミキタカは普通に宇宙人だと思ってます。

There is actually a oneshot about what happened to Kira. It's called "Dead man's questions" I think. He didn't go to hell, but he became a ghost without any memories left except for the very strong feeling that he was a person that deserves to go to hell, so he refuses to go to the afterlife and tries to somehow keep on living a normal life as a ghost.

Now, this obviously contradicts DiU Kira's desire for a quiet life, since he has to acknowledge somebody's superiority other than his own. Also, DMQ Kira only remembers his name and his desire for a quiet life

I still think he was redeemable. He didn't *want* to kill, he was driven to it by his own nature. Kinda wish they pulled some "Josuke fixes his personality disorder" stuff so he could restart his life.
@@CarmsCelestia He admits to as much himself - he kills because to him, it's basic nature, something as necessary as eating or sleeping. And to top it off, his father was overly permissive of it, thinking that he failed otherwise
I can imagine it would be possible for Rohan to make him lose that temptation to kill via using Heaven's Door

I just love how Kira turns to his old self when trying to kill his first murder again.
I noticed something about Japanese artists in general when watcinh their shows and playing their games. They have such a unique ability to create really interesting lore and situations that seems unique and never shown before. And I always wonder where that creativity comes from. The whole way this purgatiry like street works, alot of stand abilities. They seem like they are made from pure imagniation. Similar with THE END from Mgs3. The entire concept is genius in a way.
He hurt her and her dog and her spirit stayed there all those years because of the trauma and her concern for her town. It took 15 years but she personally got her justice in the end.
