Hi! I’ve done keto a few times and you shouldn’t cut out carbs completely! Just stick to healthier carbs and keep your net carb intake to under 50 carbs per day, your body will stay in ketosis. You can still have a little bit of the stuff you like! Also low carb bread makes things a lot easier 😋
Just eat woman. Each day that passes is another one closer to death. Use the same effort you use to diet to control yourself and moderate the portion of unhealthy food you'll eat, but do it. I have faith that you'll be fine.
A cheat day is a day where is you have been on a diet, you can eat the foods that you want for that specific day like icecream, cake, all types of nice foods.
