I heard there's issue with the Dior website? Just watched "A brief case of luxury" channel rant on this loyalty program. I love Dior products and design but in Malaysia, there's no such program

Beautiful Dior loyalty gifts. Our gold and gold bday gifts are different. The US gets better gifts than Aus 😄 love the Tote bag, its so pretty 😍💙🤍

Hi Trish, what happens when you reached Platinum? Does it reset back to Silver?
I have 3 accounts, you stay platinum for a year if you don’t buy anymore, then you reset back to Pearl. If you keep using that account, you will not get the silver and gold welcome gifts unless your spending falls below that threshold. Once I hit platinum I use another account.
Is the birthday gift for your actual birthday?

How do I get the welcome gift for silver status? I am already in the silver tier do I add a code or I just get it? And how about the birthday gift? I signed up before my birthday and my birthday was a few weeks ago but I just made another purchase
If you are already in silver, you have to set up another account and make 2 purchases for over $150 to get the silver again. I have 3 accounts and I rotate. Once I hit platimum I do not use it until platinum puts me back down to pearl
@@wendyzea1466 how do you have multiple accounts on Dior? I tried to make a new account with a different email, but it merged with my original one. So I have two logins for one tier tracking.
How do you redeem the bday gift?
I didnt get the mothers day packaging when I received my GOLD Welcome gift!
How do you claim the birthday gift? Do you have to message them or they will automatically send it when it’s your birthday?
If you go to the loyalty page. The gifts section the gift will appear for you to redeem

@@jaidentheexplorer you get it during your bday month. If you are platinum you will get the platinum bday gift. I have 3 accounts and my bday is in June. 2 are platinum but I like the gold bday gift so I will have to spend $500 by May 31 to get it.
The UK doesn't get a Holiday/Christmas gift..disappointing for a platinum tier £1200+ spend...but all other gifts are adorable 😍 thankyou for your great videos..😊

I don’t know how you’re able to have separate accounts because I tried to sign up with like three of my other emails and it still linked to my main account. Now I can’t redeem my platinum gift (the bag, balm and lip balm) it’s in my gifts on the main account and I tried placing three separate orders to get it to redeem in my cart and it won’t do it. You’re extremely lucky.
