The video is conflicting though, is the restaurant the blue neon room or the other one? Because the neon room looks just woeful. Feels like the inside of a big tent at a rave party or something. I'm Chinese and this is basically American/british Asian food for rich people who never had authentic Asian food. Gordon Ramsay is a great chef but he holds back his talent.
They're going to change the flavours to appeal to the demographic, that's what the Chinese would do if they opened up a fish and chip shop in China, and it happens everywhere else too.
The thing I love the most about chef Gordon is that he doesn't think twice about describing his food & restaurants as "the best", "the most delicious", "the most amazing, etc etc.. And the fact that you can't argue with it.
