I got my pair today and although they sound nice, I wish they could get louder (on iOS). You can be at over 80% and it's still fine. Maybe a software update could fix something like that but maybe no one cares either.

Most the complaints about the noise cancellation are due to probably users not adjusting the earplug piece that goes in your ear. It’s either they got it too small and too much noise comes in and they complain. Oh, this isn’t working. You actually have to do a little work on your part guys, read the instructions and put the earpiece to your ear canal, you might have smaller ones. You might have bigger your canals don’t blame the product user error
Just like I had another reviewer complaining all I don’t like the presets you can’t adjust it yourself bad Tozzo bad and a lot of the comments corrected him. You can customize the equalizer on your own again user error people just wanna complain.
