Saw Chicago Farmer open for Todd Snider and got immediately hooked. Such a cool guy, fantastic songwriting and booming vocals - a must see when he comes to your town - thanks for posting
Just saw these guys in Hoopeston IL. AMAZING!!!!! Actually kinda wonder why they didn’t make it bigger. Secondly, this is no exaggeration. Dude legitimately could have been a comedian. Cody Diekhoff is absolutely hilarious on stage between songs and the way he ties themes together.
Dude is good I bet he would be cool and down to earth
Nice!!! It's like Neil Young had a grandchild with Bob Dylan.
Great performer. He sings what he feels. He shot what he feels. A regular dude from outside Chicago that made his mark. Thank you Brad for sharing his talent!
Saw the Farmer last week and this guy fucking rocks live
I been listening to Chicago Farmer for 10 years. Never seen him live! Hope to see him one day live. Happy I found this on RUclips.
Just saw him live in De Moines Iowa at Woolys. Worth it man. Hell of a storyteller. Super chill guy.
So, this was my first experience with the RUclips Premiere feature. Wasn't sure how it worked, but I'll probably use it again and stay for the chat next time.
I looked at the length of the video and thought I'd watch a few minutes. I Ended up watching the whole thing! It was really good! Reminded me of music I played years ago like Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Springstein's acoustic stuff, etc. It told a cool story. Thanks for sharing this with us!👍😎🎸🎶
He's got a lot of cool stuff, checked him out on iTunes.
Thanks for sharing Brad, good listening.
I can't even find a wiki page for this guy!
Smiles ... good video Brad.... Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
SWEET
You need to check out Ed Anderson. backyard tire fire.
Interesting. I'm in.
Great share!
lol. The guy's got the wit of John Prine.
Really good, don't sell your soul though.
I love not hearing any pedals!
Well all he needs is some white makeup on his face and the straw hat and I'm not trying to be a sarcastic dick, he's actually pretty damn good. Reminds me of Woody Guthrie
Interesting film. Not exactly Woodie Guthrie, though.......
The song at 1:16:00 is brilliant.
