- In previous episodes , we saw how to make rava ladoo ,besan ladoo ,dink ladoo.
Today , I am going to make shengdana ladoo. Eat this 1 ladoo for breakfast every day from small children to old all.
In 132th episode ,we saw how to make shengdana khajoor poli. At that time , we saw importance of shengdana/ dry peanut.
Important tips
Roast dry peanut on slow gas flame. Roast dry fruits. Make powder of dry peanut & dry fruits in mixer.
Take jaggery powder. Take a mixer. Put dry peanut & dry fruits powder & jaggery powder. Take out this from mixer. Because of this oil comes to the dry peanut & jaggery merge in it. Ladoo become soft. Because of dry fruits & khas khas ,ladoo become more tasty and healthy.
Shengdana ladoo recipe
Ingredients
2 cup shengdana / dry peanut
1 & 1/2 cup jaggery powder
1 tablespoon roasted poppy seeds/ khas khas
Crushed roasted almond ,cashew nut ,pista
Procedure
Take a pan. Put pan on gas. Gas flame is on. Put dry peanut in it. Roast this on slow gas flame. When this is completely cold , take out this from mixer.
Take a mixer. Put powder of dry peanut ,dry fruits & jaggery powder. Take out this from mixer. That's why Jagger merge in powder of dry peanut & dry fruits very well. Add poppy seeds. Mix this well.
Take some mishran of it & makes ladoo. Make all ladoo like this.
This shengdana ladoo is ready to eat.
