What was the reasoning for placing the lamps so close to the plate, at high speed I’ve noticed it limits dwell time, maybe it’s the ink we use but it can start to pin hole. It’s noticeable on 10bcm of white running at 300fpm or more had to add a flow additive to get the ink to really wet out before it hits the lamp
I'd love to give one of these a try. As someone who's been running a 2200 for a little over 5 years now, these look like a joy to run. Saw the P7 in action at LabelExpo earlier this year, and was very impressed with the auto register/impression features, the LED UV curing, and speed at which the press was running while holding the register it did. Great work. Also, interesting order of running process inks. Haven't seen that before. Always been a YMCK guy, I guess.
I am with INX… Montreal and have been formulating water and uv inks for all types of flexo press for the last 25 years and what I saw on the video is very close to what I see in real production with that press great job of engineering

Not even close. The majority of old comics were printed on wide-web offset presses. Even the covers were printed with off set sheet presses. The old comic books were mainly printed on news print, when you look at them you can see the dots they are using to generate the color. Flexo printing was around, but the narrow web format would not have been used for the printing of comics.
Ya, Keep asking WHY!. Learn it inside out, and then problems get solved by asking yourself WHY? If you can do this and make it work, you will succeed. Worked for me. 43yrs. Yes I have a tip. Just don't bother!! I was in the printing industry for 11 years. It was the stupidest thing I ever did.Nothing but stress, and no money in it. It was a horrible industry!!!

Muy decepcionado con Mark Andy yo corro una p5 y tiene muchos problemas la estación número 4 no le sirven los controles solo la puedes operar desde la pantalla principal y lo peor de todo nunca contestan los correos electrónicos ni las llamadas o y la 7 también y se mueve demasiado de adentro hacia fuera y no se puede controlar... la única vez que contestaron solo dijeron la máquina tiene un problema y nunca an venido a arreglar nada... so sad 😞 M.K. 👎🏻... Yo e corrido Omet Gallos y Nielpiter y son mejores
length wise 36-24 maybe but those rollers barely look like theyre 15-18 inches long i dont think a paper of width more than that would accomodate there

Для пищевки сойдёт и то не для всей, какой-нибудь бренд серьёзный за неидельное сведение вынесет мозг. Я уже не говорю про работы с мелкими выборками, где малейшее смещение даже на пол десятки это много... Вино, водка, коньяки. Для определённых типов работ Марк сойдёт более чем. Но для дорогого сегмента... Сможет наверно но явно не на 170м\мин. Это же показуха... Без обид. Я работаю на Галлус em340s машине 11лет. Пищевку еду на 100 м\мин... Крест в крест хотите верьте хотите нет. Я ещё б согласился еслибы на мономатериале микрон в 25 так скакало, окей, но тут то полуглянец видно же.

One the best brand on presses runs fast and better that nilpeter 100 % proved i have 25 years runing both and nilpeter its the best❤
The speeds on these presses are excellent. I managed to run a cold foil job at 176 mpm on a p5 press.

Compatible cartridges are far better in terms of quality and price.
