Your diet story is so relatable. I myself also said that, no ones gonna see me naman due to lockdown so why control my eating. Then realization will just struck you that, I'm just justifying my stress eating. I've been super stressed before because of adjusting to the sudden abrupt change of the learning system.

Agreed, mental health comes first. You can easily shed off the fat (muscle is denser so weight is not the best guage) through weight training. You are still young so results will kick in faster. Now that you are aware of stress eating tho, try to eat healthier until things normalize. You also need to take care of your laman loob (heart, liver and kidneys). Fighting!
