The English subtitles are WTF?!
Chinese cuisine is AMAZING!!!!!
And there are a myriad of different styles and dishes from each region.
I live in the U.S.and have been very fortunate to taste many styles of cooking/cuisines from regions all across mainland China as well as from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
I don't understand why Panglong cooks the SAME 3 dishes using offal/animal by-products that aren't healthy or nutritional choices for his growing son.
Much of which includes cooking with too much seed oil; salt/sodium/MSG; and adulterated fats that causes heart diseases and diabetes.
