Maybe not voice chat since words can be rude, but rather a monster-themed emoticon would be do some fun and it will be easy to implement. The things about duel is to have fun with your opponent, so emoticon like Laughing Sangan, Smirking Ash Blossom, Crying Ghost Belle, Shocked Time Thief Redoer etc. can make duel more communicating between each duelist.
Not being able to interact with the other player is half the game gone imo, it's so much better when you can communicate and you're not going 100% full tryhard
if master duel had voice chat i would play crooked cook deck and act normal then when i play crooked cook i just play clown music till i win the clown music even works if i lose
