Can a country change someone's english name and gender on them legally when the child is under 10, Without the permission of the persons parents or the child itself ?
Can that countries governments tell that child to get a doctor's letter to change the gender back to the original just, female? As well as does the person have to amend the country to have their birth english name back.
Isn't this discrimination? As well as fraud?
