Bullied as a kid or grew up small, found bodybuilding as an outlet to improve themselves and still carry a bit of the old person with them to keep them humble.

Attended an autopsy for a very muscular individual that was taking PEDs…was very eye opening to see how significantly large his major organs were…heart, lungs, etc…the physician stated that when the decedent was taking the PEDs, his internal organs also had to grow to abnormal sizes in order to sustain the added growth and stressors placed upon his body with the drugs

Sam’s one of the few “influencers” that I actually like, and I’m counting down the days until we either get the news that he died of a massive MI in his sleep (I REALLY hope he uses a BiPap at night) or that he’s been hospitalized after a massive MI (heart attack). $1000 says he’s chronically hypertensive so IF he makes it to 25, homie will be looking at dialysis and/or a kidney transplant by 30. I like the kid so much I wish he wasn’t so popular. The success he has attained ain’t easy to reach and is even harder to walk away from.
Some people actually vocalize like that even without any health issues. Seems to be a Midwestern thing too. I'm from about 20 minutes from where he lives and we all kind of speak like that. Until I know for sure, I don't know, and I'm not going to judge or guess. I love his style and his humbleness.
My opinion on sam is pretty simple. We know how this song and dance ends. We know what the outcome will be. That being said this is what makes him happy in life so we should appreciate and care about him while he’s here instead of wishing we did when he’s gone. He’s a great dude with a great heart and we should let him know that before it’s too late. Hopefully he finds a healthier way to live but it’s unlikely.

My husband was Mr South Africa 5 times. In 1994 he won the Nabba Universe, he was the pioneer of bodybuilding in South Africa and he wrote a book called " The South African'e A-Z Guide of Anabolic Steroids". We have 3 beautiful daughters. He died 8 years ago from heart failure. At 49 years old he couldn't climb a flight of stairs because he only had 20% of his heart function. He died with the body of a Greek God, I always joked that I could bounce a coin off his ass. But he's dead and 2 of our daughter's have got married and had children without him. It's not f*cking worth it. It's been 8 years and this morning I cried again because our youngest daughter has been alive longer without him than she was with him.
I honestly had a little bit of a bad impression of him due to all the people hating on him but when I actually watched some of his videos I realized he was a super chill and likable guy. (Exactly why you don’t make your opinions on people based off what other people say. You factor in what they say but always speak to or listen to the person being talked about before forming your opinion about them) He has great genetics in general and he build is very impressive but I also worry about his internal health. I hope he does focus on that more especially since he’s such a nice seeming guy. Would be very sad to see him die so young.

Attended an autopsy for a very muscular individual that was taking PEDs…was very eye opening to see how significantly large his major organs were…heart, lungs, etc…the physician stated that when the decedent was taking the PEDs, his internal organs also had to grow to abnormal sizes in order to sustain the added growth and stressors placed upon his body with the drugs

Sam’s one of the few “influencers” that I actually like, and I’m counting down the days until we either get the news that he died of a massive MI in his sleep (I REALLY hope he uses a BiPap at night) or that he’s been hospitalized after a massive MI (heart attack). $1000 says he’s chronically hypertensive so IF he makes it to 25, homie will be looking at dialysis and/or a kidney transplant by 30.

Some people actually vocalize like that even without any health issues. Seems to be a Midwestern thing too. I'm from about 20 minutes from where he lives and we all kind of speak like that. Until I know for sure, I don't know, and I'm not going to judge or guess. I love his style and his humbleness.
My opinion on sam is pretty simple. We know how this song and dance ends. We know what the outcome will be. That being said this is what makes him happy in life so we should appreciate and care about him while he’s here instead of wishing we did when he’s gone. He’s a great dude with a great heart and we should let him know that before it’s too late. Hopefully he finds a healthier way to live but it’s unlikely.
That Sam is such a nice person is what makes it even more concerning that this world could lose him early.

My husband was Mr South Africa 5 times. In 1994 he won the Nabba Universe, he was the pioneer of bodybuilding in South Africa and he wrote a book called " The South African'e A-Z Guide of Anabolic Steroids". We have 3 beautiful daughters. He died 8 years ago from heart failure. At 49 years old he couldn't climb a flight of stairs because he only had 20% of his heart function. He died with the body of a Greek God, I always joked that I could bounce a coin off his ass. But he's dead and 2 of our daughter's have got married and had children without him. It's not f*cking worth it. It's been 8 years and this morning I cried again because our youngest daughter has been alive longer without him than she was with him.
His skin has been clearing up a lot lately. He seems much more healthy than 3 months ago
I honestly had a little bit of a bad impression of him due to all the people hating on him but when I actually watched some of his videos I realized he was a super chill and likable guy. (Exactly why you don’t make your opinions on people based off what other people say. You factor in what they say but always speak to or listen to the person being talked about before forming your opinion about them) He has great genetics in general and he build is very impressive but I also worry about his internal health. I hope he does focus on that more especially since he’s such a nice seeming guy. Would be very sad to see him die so young.
