36.29 CORRECTION the two years previous for deaths was, as per FOI, 4 and 4 (2013 and 2014) - NOT 4 and 3, as I mistakenly stated (from memory). Caveat One - because of the potential for miscoding early neonatal deaths as stillbirths these figures of 4 and 4 may indeed not be correct on the FOI - we simply do not know. The issue is one of reliabilty of data from the hospital and how scrupulous they are in their recording. And whether some deaths have been, for whatever reason, miscoded. Second caveat - there were also 2 postneonatal deaths (ie post 28 days) in 2013. So, 6 deaths in all for 2013. (so we are told!!)
'All the deaths'. Yes it's in the RCPCH report, but it is referring to what the Lead consultant said to them. Breary's interest was to paint Lucy with the broadest brush he could.
Evening Mark it isn't often I get to applaud some one for their effort but you have blown this case of of the park. Luckily Lucy has many people like you who are destroying the guilty verdict with intelligence and patience. She will be freed and hopefully she will get to met you in real life to thank you. Keep up the good work my friend 😎🙏🙏🙏Free Lucy Now
Another good one Mark. I guess there are two types of people in this life. Those who go with the flow regardless of truth and those who value the truth. Good to see more and more people smelling a rat here.
it's not a rat you can smell, it's slimy asian doctor jayaram & the raw sewage leak in the neo natal unit from june 2015 to spring 2016, the same period lucy was supposed to have 'killed' 7 babies!!!
keep up the good work Mark, hopefully Lucy will be out of prison soon. It seems now even the Sun is expressing doubts about her conviction although I haven't read the article.
They called us crazy, those first few questioning her guilt. Seems to be the pattern whenever people disagree with the main narrative. The truth will ALWAYS out.
I bet the reason why the gang of 4 wanted Lucy out of the ward/hospital is, as suggested by her colleagues' comments, that she was so enthusiastic and professional that she regularly questioned the consultants' actions or lack thereof on the ward. She was a threat to their authority and arrogance.
Experience is not always what it's cracked up to be. I know several people whose 'experience' amounts to making the same mistakes over and over again for years, and not much more.
That's the only thing I'm interested in with the Thirwall enquiry and also whether the dialogue or correspondence the doctors had with the management team will be disclosed. My guess is the management team will cover themselves by agreeing the conviction but the consultant didn't tell them their suspicion of murder. I don't trust any of them.
Justice Thirwall will know this is an unsafe conviction. I don’t know how she can head an enquiry that doesn’t question Lucy’s guilt. I do hope she is a good person as her title implies. It is within her power to change everything if she has any goodness and justice within her!
but if there are women freemasons, she may defend the 'guilty' decision because she is a member of the same lodge as the main characters in this stitch up, allied to a kangaroo court trial, where backhanders were being handed out by the hospital management to a bunch of legal & management crooks!!
I suspect that the conspirators will have to betray one of their own at some point, in order to keep the scandal going, and I expect it will be Jayaram who will be thrown under the bus first.
As all brought alive again.... Data between those involved since David Davies interview would be very often , frequent , lately i would think, as no time for Quick thinking ....Just a thought 😇

There's two main lines of attack trusts use to retaliate against whistleblowers-the first is aggression, bullying and intimidation, commencing investigations into alleged incidents, accusing them of faults, suspending them etc. The second is undermining and reputational harm-there will be gossiping, rumours, allegations of mental health issues, nervous breakdowns, not coping, struggling to keep up, feeling stressed and :acting out." Any planned leave will be twisted into 'needs a break, poor man, he can't cope with stress.' I agree we would never have jeard of lucy if those losers hadnt been forced to apologize. Or if we would have heard of her it would be for her great nursing

jayaram stinks as much as the sewage leak in the neo natal unit, which caused the deaths of 7 babies & made others ill! raw sewage is not good for babies, despite what the prosecutor, judge & hospital management might tell you!!!
Thank you Ruth. I've heard Jayaram reported as a lead paediatrician - and read this title for him in certain articles - and have heard/read Gibbs being called the 'senior' paediatrician. It's tricky as MD is writing currently - and their current titles might be different to their titles in 2015/16 - albeit I believe Jayaram was deemed a lead paediatrician then. The other reason I don't think it's Gibbs is because Gibbs has been retired for years now - and this individual he is speaking of seems very much still there, and very much wanting a 'second wave' of charges. In other parts of the article it seems to be leaning towards the Lead Neonatologist as the main interlocutor - ie Brearey, as you say. But there is also the unnamed consultant in the article who thinks differently - but who might that be? Might it be Alison Timmis? Or someone else?

Precisely - I could not have put it better
She had put critical comments on the NHS datix reporting system so revenge and blaming someone else for their own negligence were both motivations.
@@Tommcdonald818Where can we see these comments please?
@@turquoiseblue228I think it was either Mark or possibly the 'We need to talk about Lucy Letby' podcast where it was mentioned.

It will be interesting to hear what the NHS managers have to say at the Thirlwall inquiry. I don't think we've heard from them
I'm sure it will be very well scripted, i bet they have had many secret meetings together to make sure they all stick to the same lie.

the inquiry should be cancelled & replaced by a retrial! but watch out for lucy's organised 'suicide' before then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Omg, wouldn't put it past them@@normankennith7919
Powerful closing there Mark. Hope and pray we see the start of a road to the real truth very soon.
thank you!!! i have always thought lucy was 100% innocent!!
She is guilty of taking worksheets home . looking up people on line doing too many shifts and pissing off doctors all capital offences

Its not in the terms of the inquiry; only to find ut how she got so far in "killing babies'.

No justice system. People high up acting on so call info
