She has a high metabolism rate which explains why someone like her would not be affected by a meal so heavy because a lot of people with a low metabolism rate tend to gain weight faster even with a slightly heavy meal. Other factors including running, working out, and daily work contribute to her slim physique!!
It’s good to know that there are other people like me who don’t eat breakfast😊😊 I have been skipping breakfast since childhood and it hasn’t affected me in any negative way...in fact I tend to put on weight if I have breakfast!!!
Same here. In fact intermittent fasting is a really effective and healthy way of life which involves skipping breakfast and fasting for about 13-16 hours (at night time + skip breakfast).

Black coffee, 1 bread n peanut butter ,2 Poached egg in morning. 1 Chappati, bowl of curd, small portions of daal n 1 sabji. Usually green or paneer. Dinner I Hv 2 Chappati, Chkn or Mutton or again some sabji. N salad. Snacks I prefer mostly homemade, peanuts or boiled corn s or poha, or fruits, or smoothie... Once in a week I go out n Hv some outdoor food for change of taste. 😎😎

Dis sounds strange but.. I don't like rice since my childhood.. So I don't take rice.. But sometimes in form of khichdi or pulao or Wen I go to in-laws place I eat little rice.
