I'm surprised you would say the girls are mostly rappers, because they really aren't. Most of them were in vocal or dance groups on the show, only Shaking was under rap. They have good vocal base, you should watch the9's version of 爱的恰恰, they showcased their vocals 🔥. I personally liked Alien more than Hello. Alien has a very playful funk to it and allowed each member to add their own flavour to the song. 謝可寅 Shaking's RAP was so on point and brought out that wild playful attitude. I did appreciate that Hello was finally a slow song in their EP, but I really didn't like their mixing! It was very obvious the girls all recorded it separately under very different equipment, it was just a bit weird there. Hopefully the live performance of Hello will be much better. I also doubt there will be MVs... but definitely looking forward to their live performances of both songs.

I missed your reactions, I just wanna say I loved “RefleXtion” a lot especially “Hello” but I have to inform you about some of the controversies that happened during the release of this iQiyi only released the news two days before the drop of this album, which left the fandom in a frenzy. Then on the day of the release Esther and An Qi posted on weibo that they didn’t know they were releasing that day, they soon deleted those posts but that was enough to get them trending to no.2 on weibo then after a few hours while the hot search was still hot. Two national heroes of China just died which resulted in an entertainment ban to pay respect to their deaths. Which left the issue to be buried under the mud and undermined. But, that was enough to cause a massive boycott from all of the fandoms. That’s one of the reasons why the number of copies sold barely exceeded a 100k. iQiyi doesn’t like low sales so I doubt we’ll be seeing any stages soon asides from the already filmed “Hello” stage from Zhejiang. That would be released some time this week ? Anyways, I hope you react to Xin Liu’s new EP “EPSILON” which she just released last month on her birthday, the EP is really good! She broke records and she is currently the best selling female singer/idol in Mainland China right now with her album selling over 6.62 million copies sold.
