I made an orange cookie~
Almond powder is in it for a savory and moist taste.
It is fun to make a shape, so I recommend making it with children^^
I think it would be great to make lemon and grapefruit by adding various colors.

-material
150 g butter
Sugar Powder 120g
1 egg
2g vanilla extract
Power 260g
Almond powder 30 g
1 g baking powder
Orange pigment
Red pigment
White pigment
◇ Recipe (160'C 15 minutes)
1. Mix sugar powder with soft butter.
2. Add the egg and vanilla extract.
3. Mix the almond powder.
4. Mix flour and baking powder.
5. Add orange cow to 350g dough and shape it and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
6. Add a white pigment to the 80g dough to make a shape and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
7. Add orange and red pigment to the 70g dough to make a shape and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
8. Take out the dough and shape it.
9. Bake 15 minutes in a 160'C oven.
