Hi !!! I used to live in Spokane Washington and visited the Oregon /Washington coast. My travels have been far and wide and when we were all cooped up a few years ago, I FOUND YOU ON RUclips AND MY LIFE HASN’T BEEN THE SAME !!! You don’t know me but I think we’re KINDRED SPIRITS !! (I think so) Yeah. I’m not like you but might be complimentary in an odd way. ?! Oh goodness I sound a bit odd but hey ??!! Gonna explain. I’m a carpenter/craftsman and artist. Everything wood. I didn’t mention - ha - I don’t do cross stitch. But my wood collection. Projects done. Projects undone or in various degrees of completion. Make sense?? Argh. You do understand. I know it. 😎 Anna, I love you. I’m better having found you all the way over there. 😜 yeah I also quilt !! See you on Quilt Roadies 🥸🥸🥸🥸🥸🥸🥸🤩
Looks like you got a great bunch of goodies, Anna. Also such beautiful work at the Show and Tell table. Just returned from an RV trip with hubby to the PNW. Spent the night at my aunts in Milwaukie and didn’t realize you lived in the same area. Stopped at Pioneer quilts and was so happy to see the shop you speak of. Keep on stitching!
Hi, thanks for sharing the retreat with me! I see you all had lots of fun! Wow thats a huge group of stitchers together in one place. Hehe you all look so small next to those guys. Wish l could be in the bus hearing them discuss you lot of stitchers. Hehe. Huge hugs! Love the table mat.
Oh thank you for sharing all the gorgeous show and tell projects…amazing!! It sounds like a real blast. Especially sharing a room with the sisterlies. 😂 ❤
What a joy to share your time at this amazing retreat!! Oh, how I wish I could have been there! It was wonderful to see some of the interaction and people! We will be heading across America to Acorns and Threads (and our daughter and son)in mid October!!). It looks like you all had a wonderful, wonderful time. How rich with meaning and fun! You are so blessed and it’s a treasure to belong to the floss stitch community! Susie from the NC Smokies ❤
Oh Anna the gifts Chris made for you and G are so beautiful. She is so skilled. Fully finishing is so difficult for me - always has been whether making lace, knitting, quilting or stitching in case I botch and spoil a finished piece that has worked so well! - so I am in awe of those who make such professional looking finishes. Now when people attend such events taking items they've made for fellow stitchers I'd spend months making a few! It's a whole new ball game from what I attended in the past with freebies etc given as part of the event. I do miss friends from our last home and due to age, infirmity, Covid, expenses etc we have rarely met up but keep up in spirit. Not all can zoom (no internet) . You certainly had a good time well done.
Thanks for the great photos of the show and tell table. I love Chris Yoo’s wonderful Time Flies Enjoy the Ride. I managed to be able to read her little info card. You are blessed to have had so many lovely gifts dropped at your table. Fingers crossed that next year I manage to get my act together to phone to get into the in person portion.
What a fantastic retreat! and how fun with the football players. Very nice memories for you. I love your project piece, and hope they release it sometime for us.
Sounds like such a wonderful time. Beth and Teresa are such lovely ladies and so talented too. Oh wow I saw Audrey's (StitchyWitch42') Haunted Library in the photos. She did such an awesome job on it. how she stitched on that wed fabric is behond me but it really added to the beauty of her piece.
Good morning the video was awesome will I made it sat birthday party we 20 family an friends of my husband had a good day but boy I'm still not rested from Indiana
This was lovely. I don't cross stitch but want to learn. I already have some patterns and supplies. What was the brand of the white light with magnifier that so many of the ladies were using? Thank you for this and all of your videos.

@stitchroadie4076 thanks an happy anniversary to you and G
Is that G playing the guitar on the video? He should meet Kevin Kogut & jam together!
Most of it was RUclips music. Kevin visited and between his drumming and G’s guitar they could be a band😂

A lot of stitchers like the Brightech off Amazon😊
@@stitchroadie4076 Thank you, Anna.
