I noticed that you typed 0 semitones into the edit box on the osc pitch slider. As it happens, you can just type the number, at least in this slider. I'm expecting you know that, just putting it here for other folk who may not.
Hello there, i've heard that Decent Sampler is, well, decent. Its kind of accessible, definitely better than most of the other solutions. I'd however recommend you to start by checking out RS5K, which is already manageable and comes included in REAPER.
