I love this so much! I love the parallels between their movesets, how Malaris uses clones and explosives mixed in with some projectiles, just as Korreos does. It's almost as if it's Korreos from a parallel universe, which is really cool when paired with the idea of them fighting each other! I'm so glad this boss fight inspired you to create Malaris, I wonder if you have a bit of lore behind Malaris and why he wants to defeat Korreos, and how they ended up fighting. Don't worry if you don't, I just like overanalyzing things 😅 I don't think Korreos feels the same though, he was really bugging out 😂 Regardless, really cool creation, and thank you for making this! Thanks for feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed the fight! And I actually do have some lore on Malaris, this comes from the MCPEDL form page I posted by the way. Malaris is a Piglin whom as a child was sacrificed by his fellow Piglins and was left to rot in the Soul sand Valley, However after 17 years, (Malaris was 5 when sacrificed) Malaris had been binded with the souls which has granted him a second chance at life, known as Malaris’s Awakening. And he will not let his Piglin peers live in peace much longer. Malaris isn’t a alternate version of Korreos even though they both do live in the same timeline, he just hates his own kind, and the rage and anger he has against his own species is why he attacks Korreos. Also the outcome of the fight between Korreos and Malaris is actually kinda of random, it really just depends on what they both do. I’ll leave the link in the description of the addon in video and Community post since the page is up now Cheers!
@@RTG_RTG Quite a neat premise, I wonder why the piglins sacrificed Malaris, and how he managed to bind to the souls of the dead! It definitely makes sense that he attacks Korreos, since he is really hardly any different from a regular piglin in nature, greedy and malicious. Korreos's greed is particularly unforgivable since he got into a deal with a horrible organization that put many people at risk, all for a huge sum of gold. He agreed to forge tons of Ender Crystals for an organization known as the Aquilla Alliance, so that they can terminate a threat that arised due to carless failed experiments, at the expense of their people. Korreos definitely deserves whatever ill fate that comes his way! I gotta check out the mod when I have time, thanks for sharing!
