I looked into Soundhound a month back, and I wasn't super impressed. They bill themselves as an AI company, but it seems like they're just building basic chatbots for businesses. A useful service? Sure. A transformational AI company? I didn't think so.
I usually avoid the medical biotech space, since I lack the background in medical understanding needed for most of their products. It's a bit beyond my circle of competence unfortunately!
The biotech space has 10X the regulations and 10X the capex and R&D required, which is why Exscientia competes among a throng of companies in the AI drug development realm including Schrodinger, Recursion Pharmaceuticals & Simulations Plus most of which are extremely unprofitable with a high cash burn rate which is why they continue to raise capital & dilute or take on debt to stay afloat. Google Deepmind has also been developing drug discovery and molecular modeling software for years now. Hard place to make money on, most of these companies are just hoping to be an eventual acquisition target for big pharma.

What is missing is the rigour of getting 10x. E.g. you at least have to provide your expectations (or wild guess, with some justification) for say revenue in 5 years and argue what P/sales multiple the market will be prepared to pay then. This will give you target price and 10x upside

There are quite a few companies in the space, but I'd say Palantir is more focused on working with highly sensitive data and setting companies up on their platform, while C3.ai is more about providing the tools for companies to do the work themselves. I don't think this will be a winner-takes-all market, so personally I'd be ok owning both
