Gold futures have touched a new record high of Rs 84,711 per 10 grams on MCX. Last year i.e. in 2024, Indians have bought a lot of gold. According to the World Gold Council, the demand for gold in the country has increased by 5 percent to 802.8 tonnes on an annual basis in 2024. Due to the record jump in gold prices, it has now become difficult for the common man to buy it.
