We have that same paint on our '14 F150 and it sure is metallic and looks great when clean. That is for sure a manly truck.
Men use keys ? Do they know diesels have glowplugs that you need to let cycle before just cranking the starter like you do in your Rav 4 ?
did you know the Ford 6.7 has a fast glow plug system takes about 5 seconds. and you start it.

I've never dropped a tailgate like that my dad has a 2001 f350 with 563,000 miles and the tailgate still works with that treatment tailgate won't last very long straps on my dads 01 just broke

There's really no good reason to buy this kind of trucks but show of big ego just like buying super cars. if you buy one of this as an excuse to tow or for work might as well buy a real dumpster truck.
I own 2 of them actually, My crews haul bobcats to job sites for cleaning up brush and tree limbs from our tree crew. A freaking half ton won't cut it for that type of stuff. Seeing as you don't know what these trucks are meant for you don't know any better.
It's time for a new design. It's getting old.
