Thank you so much for your many suggestions and thoughts on a genre of perfumes I adore and isn’t exactly popular 😂❤. In particular, I was hoping to know more about Atkinson’s Love in Idleness and you came through on that 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽. Thank you so much! Never had the luck of trying Lipstick On and maybe that’s good since it’s discontinued. My top beloved lipstick/makeup scents I own are FM’s Lipstick Rose and Annick Goutal’s Etoile d’une Nuit, as well as Narciso Rodriguez Rouge. I’ve heard that Jimmy Choo’s Iris Crush smells similar to Lipstick On, neither of which I’ve smelled.

I agree Sweet isn't really a makeupy/lipsticky smell to me either and the longevity sucks!! Dazzle smells like a pretty tea fragrance to me along the lines of Guerlain LPRN range. Thanks again!!
I love bringing newbies to the table 🥰 I tend to layer these weaker fragrances. I layered Chocolate Greedy today with Sweet by LL and it was actually pretty good! The cherry actually hung around for longer than 2 minutes lol!
Great selections! Many I hadn’t heard of…thanks so much! The whole business of reselling discontinued fragrances at outlandish prices is why I really like some of the dupe houses who recreate those fragrances…esp when they nail it! TFS
I don’t necessarily care about lipstick scents but I Love powdery scents, only if it’s done modern like and has a little sweetness to it. I just put on a powdery scent earlier. ♥️🥰 when I want to feel cozy, like on a rainy day, that’s what I like
You're totally right about Sweet by lolita Lempika. I got a full bottle after a carded sample and the card said it has a cherry-cocoa lipgloss accord, but I find it waxy when it dries down and the powdery coca cas down a bit, so it smells like a cherry lip smacker! I've never been able to get a sample of So Sweet but I'd love to smell that one too :)
Just what I was looking for!!!! Thank you fir this video...I love lipstick and powdery fragrances (I mean powdery in the sense of old makeup powder, but all the piwdery fragrances are beautiful to me). Love from Italy ❤
I have a bottle of that same version of Meteorites and I do not think it smells exactly like the Guerlain powder. There is an apple note that perfume that is not in the powder. Apparently the original version of that perfume does smell exactly like that powder, which I really wanted. Other lipstick/makeup/handbag scents to me are: Atelier Cologne's Iris Rebelle, Chanel Misia, and the ultimate mom's leather bag in the 1970s scent for me is Dior Feve Delicieuse (this doesn't have violet but smells like my mom's fancy leather bag with a makeup compact and some lipstick and maybe a dusty old pack of cherry lifesavers). If you can find a bottle of Iris Rebelle I think you might like it if you like Lipstick On. I would buy a Dua dupe of Lipstick On, and at one point they had a dupe of Misia.

Eau de Ciel is really beautiful, if you can find it. I’m excited to try Fred Hayman With Love, it’s in my cart already.
I ordered JHAG Lipstick Fever cos I thought I was gonna love it, but it didn't happen. It's not the patchouli cos I love patchouli, there's a weird note that does not agree with my skin. My son said it smelled like some kind of paint remover. I can't really put my finger on it, but yup, it's that turpentine kinda thing in the opening. It completely calms down later

I have one teddy blake it is really a nice bag, I don't put it on the same level of LV with design but it is a good leather minimalist bag.

Prada Candy Gloss to me isn't really powdery. It's a bright sour cherry and it's one of the few fragrances that people have commented on!
