Here's another variation of the Stack, Slice, & Shuffle Technique for making quick and easy cards. Choose 3 coordinating pieces of pattern paper to get started. I use the Seasons of Green & Gold Designer Series Paper, a new online exclusive from Stampin' Up! It's great for the holidays but can be used for other occasions as well.
