There is only one reason belts fly off. Because your pullys havent been aligned properly.
Funny you got crazy skills, but fail mechanics 101.

There’s others reasons belts fly off. Pulleys were aligned with a laser and checked multiple times. Wasn’t the issue. Tensioner was the issue it would bounce and kick the belt. Even a brand new one did it. Solved the issue going with a manual tensioner.

@@boostedink4898 if the new tensioner did it too, it was an alignment issue. 30 years retired mechanic. Majic doesn't exist...
