A question I get a lot is: "Can I travel to Mexico without a passport?"
While there's a chance you won't be asked to show your passport when you enter Mexico, I'd never leave the US without my passport. Plus, you'll likely be asked to show it to the border agent when you go to return home to the US.

I've been going to Puerto Penasco every March since I was six years old. Skipping only 2001 & 2022. We stay in Cholla Bay where my friend has a home across the street from JJ's Cantina. It's great to bring ATVs/sandrail/sidebside to cruise around or tear up Competition Hill. Where I actually lost my virginity as a teen. If you like the club scene there are plenty of places on the strip in town, but Cholla Bay is really mellow and peaceful. Be safe when traveling there and PLEASE RESPECT the locals. If you have to walk around with a sense of entitlement, do it state side.

El nombre de la ciudad es PUERTO PEÑASCO y se encuentra en Sonora México , un ejemplo horrible de la gentrificación , siendo un lugar completamente mexicano todo está en inglés y es obligación hablar inglés para poder trabajar en los hoteles o restaurantes eso es muy difícil ya que los states nos están quitando la identidad poco a poco diciendo que es la PLAYA DE ARIZONA
