Nice Bayview Hill home. A few unique features. Like the stain glass work at the entrance. Has a home theatre room. BUT...here's the big BUT...the home's number is "44". A home in a predominantly Chinese area with a house number of "44". "4" said in Chinese is the same as "death". So it's like saying "die, die". Many Chinese are into Feng Shui. I'd find out about changing the house number if possible. :) I'm guessing the buyer won't be Chinese. :)
Yes, we should just change everything in the world to what the chinese believe :), including our roads since they don’t believe in driving like a normal person lol. The chinese believe in parking on the second lane of a third lane road, and just act dumb and tell people to go around
Not every Chinese believes in their traditional superstitions. True that this community is Chinese dominated, but that shouldn't deter any Chinese buyers by the house number. The thing is this, many people of the same ethnicity will want to live closer to each other due to the sense of community without the cultural and lingual barriers. For me this part of Richmond Hill is getting a bit busy.

Anderson C This is a beautiful house. Not everyone believes what the Chinese believe. If I had the money I would buy it and live in it.
