I tend to think that with all those sauce choices, a half a clove of that roasted garlic on your plate, mashed and incorporated into one of those sauces, may have been a game changer for that steak. A touch more salt into the mixture, and your interactive meal might have been bomb!

A 5 rating for the steak, but the sides delish. Seasoning closed. 🤣. 6.5 rating. It was ok. The sides saved the day. On to the day 2

Maybe it was the Meat Chef at Night. Best chefs work during the day. I make it work! I would ask for Saute garlic, onions and sea salt. No steak sauce? I can make it at the table. It's the Sides for me.
Did you tell the manager. Maybe if enough people complain; they will try and fix it. It doesn’t hurt. Included or not you want to have a good tasting meal.
Everything looked so delicious, even the steak. But an unseasoned steak is so disappointing. That's just wrong. 😐 A little Lawry's, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Black Pepper, goes a long way. That's just the basics. 🍴 Maybe they are overly cautious about the people with Hypertension. Give them another chance lol
From all the vlogs I have seen it seems the Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady is totally into health and fitness so salt may be a no no why your meat is s bland.
