t3 gives you like 50 gold. keeping the tower up allows you to push waves into it and have the enemy waves bounce towards your side. taking the tower limits your future farm + doesn’t give enough gold to make it worth limiting yourself

This has been an issue I've noticed since back s7. People try to deny the enemy every possible resource to the point they lose income as well. Both nidalee and jayce entered losing fights for no reason
