sir, if they are not technically a police, then why are we calling this ED exercise 'arrest'? And they can't put you in jail( because its not an arrest). Simply , they call accused for questioning ,in suspicion of his/ her evolvement in Money Laundering. So, they can only keep you in their custody but not jail. Please clarify , if they are not technically a police then how they can keep an accused in jail/ prison.
