poison field keeps all spell casting creatures from using Magery. they also try to attack the field and dispel at same time, giving your pet a few extra attacks till you cast it again.
@@andreacasini9707 hmm but once if you have cast invisible, the AW should has not target the player, is this correct? I have not play UO since like almost 25 years ago( I quit when the Japanese monster version started). anyway, I still like UO just that there are many newer games. is good to see people still playing UO. Now they have this Legend of Aria which similar to UO.

Because it casts the "reveal" spell instantly
