The video seemed to be bigger than the actual house. But great job done by the team. Efoortlessly pulled off a detailed video of the house, every corner of the house was given enough time to almost feel like we were already in the house. Could have also explained the plumbing and fitting bit as it is a considerable amount of time was spent on hovering over all the tiniest nooks and corners of this house.
And may be a little more attention to certain pronounciations of the words like 'luxurious' it sounded more like 'lux-zhu-rious'. 'Pent house' sounded more like 'pant house'. 'Stunning' is pretty strong an expression for something a little above average looking bedrooms. This word was generously used for something that did not resemble a palace like construction. Creating and impact in the buyers mind by using such words may lead them otherwise once they personally see the space and it may not really just the emphasis and strength used while saying the word 'stunning' for certain rooms in this house. Being a little more real and aptly expressive would be a much honest play.
And may be a voive over can be avoided as the reflections of the person shooting this video was evidently not a male as it showed. And the forced spunk added by throwing a few expressions in the sentences made it look slightly artificial. I think the voice of the person shooting the video at the same time would be a great idea next as ypu mentioned in your previous ones that you will be showing more than 100 properties on this channel. So its just as rightful to not ask for something made up and post recorded versus, recording it and verball touring alongside. It will save you'll a tremendeous amount of dislikes and relentlessly bored audience forcefully grabbed attention which is eventually not sustained.
