Well there are provisions for recreating birth certificates in the name of correction where people purposely reduce their age and that's why what they claim is not same to their original age. Reducing 1 or 2 years is OK but some people reduce 4 to 5 years which is why they look older according to their real age.
If u start applying full makeup in younger age u will look more than ur age....if she would have done no make look or has applied the minimum makeup possible and light colours then she would have looked of her age
