Great video, can you pls tell how much was the onroad price, also any amount of negotiations you had done at dealership. Pls do tell as i am also planning same car.

Since this was a new model launch and I wanted a quick delivery, there was no scope for negotiations. Price was close to 9.5 or 9.6 in which they offer accessories, if you deny those they give you around 15k ka discount.
I paid 9.4L final.

Since pressure on cng pump varies you have to deplete the cng tank first then fill the cng tank full, record the gas filled and then empty it to check the exact mileage

Yes, as the pressure varies it is difficult to get exact MILEAGE.
Possibly next time I will first fill it from high-pressure pump and then use it till empty.

first empty full tank> then fill tank with full pressure> then note down how many kg gas fill in tank (7kg 8kg 9kg note)> then test full tank test! this is best way to count mileage pr kg!

It takes 8.8 kg most of the time.
At Mahanagar pump,
Also it is reasonable to take a variance of 10% as a lot of thing matters like driving style.

Tank ka jitna capacity tha utna hi jaega na, check with TATA company capacity kitna hai.

Baad me kitna CNG aaya wo nahi.. pahele kitna aayaa tha aur usme kitna chali wo dekhana chahiye
Baad me jyada pressure ho to jyada b aa skta hai.. pahele kam ho to kam aaya ho sakta hai to kam chale
Apka point sahi hai.
Last time Mera tank empty nahi tha mene sirf refil karke tank fill Kiya tha.
Lekin, to pump bhi mahanagar ka online tha and pressure acha tha.
So jitna tank ka full capacity hai utna fill hua hoga.
bro meri running 70km daily hai . maine altroz cng book kri hai because meri 1st priority safety and 2nd milaige hai but after watching your milaige test . now i am in confusion should i go for altroz or change my decision. because altroz cng milaege is even less than petrol milaege of maruti. what do you do in this situation
1. Altroz Petrol mein almost same mileage milega, but petrol is little costly.
2. If you are not going for its look go for Tigor or Tiago you should easily get 50 k ka discount.
And performance of Tigor CNG is better than Altroz and safety wise it has 4 stars so not all bad deal compared to maruti.
But if you are going because of looks of altroz CNG lelo.
City mileage will be better than petrol.
Boot space Tigor and Altroz mein almost same hai but sirf tank dikhta hai dikki mein, which is not the case in altroz.
Lastly, altroz ka mileage I am hoping highway pe should cross 22 and max 25 after 1st service, check if you can find video on this.

Mene wagonr CNG chalai hai and i didn't feel so much power. May be AC band karke possible ho.
Altroz mein we were 5 adults with AC ON.
Problem toh nahi Hui but definitely not good for engine in any car.

Nicely explained, I have seen TATA claiming 2 averages at different portals, somewhere I saw 19.33/kg & somewhere it’s 25-26/kg, as per ur experience 19.33/kg seems correct, which is correct ? What is ur confidence ? Can it give average upto 25/kg ?
Rely only on offical portal and more than that practical experience of people.
I think it can touch 25/kg
If it's purely a highway and no traffic.
Else between 15 - 20.
CNG is preferred not only because of mileage, it is 25-30% cheaper than petrol.
If anytime people want more performance they can switch to petrol and drive.
Bottom line my assumptions is petrol and CNG will cost you same unless you drive more than 20K in a year.

Finally Someone Made the video on the exact average of the car. I am also using the same car from more thn a month now. And I am commuting from Delhi to Gurgaon and The average I am getting is in between 16 to 20.

Incorrect calculation buddy
Im using tata zest and have retrofitted a CNG kit. In Mumbai city traffic, it gives average of 120-135 km per refill (approx 9 kg).
I have done pune couple of times. It gave me 160-175 km per refill.
I feel, u wil get better average than ur test. It would b nice if u can update latest figures...
I also believe so, on the highway the average should reach 175-180 and with more driving experience.

This car is not for good mileage, like Tigor.
It's USP is amazing driving experience, comfort and safety.
