This is so philosophical. The song talks about how death is just a transition to another form. That our whole being is not completely erased or wiped out once we die. Instead we are absorbed by other beings that needs it, therefore contributing to the cycle of life. I had a philosophy teacher that discussed about such topic. It is such a comfortable feeling to be able to break out of our tunneled perspective. Man, I love that professor's passion.

Its honestly refreshing to see a song conveying death and human vitality through the concept of Absurdism, rather than a complete Nihilistic view... been obsessed for weeks, and the video ate 😭

I've been obsessed with this song for a couple months at least. The incredibly descriptive lyrics posing an argument that life is too short to be subjugated to societal demands of us to keep up a facade while posing the solution that we take in the aspects of life that we should be experiencing but aren't. Fucking amazing. Juliet is incredibly beautiful as well and I don't think I've seen her before. What a way to experience all of this together lol.

As someone who has thanatophobia aka phobia of death, I never found a song that gives me so much comfort with the idea of it. are you afraid of dying or being dead? i think the answer of what happens is simple. its exactly like what it was like before you were born - nonexistent.
I've got mild effects of it. Like when you think too deep. You'll got a sudden chill on your spine and all your limbs goes cold and you'll have a mini panic attack until your brain release a chemical to calm yourself down.

I think the lyrics and melody speak so loudly for this you dont really need the video to appreciate it. But the things I think that are cute in this video are the singer putting on lipstick for eyeshadow (in a somewhat sloppy manner) and her pretending to talk in a high heeled shoe like a cell phone and hanging high heels on a clothes line outside. Like sometimes doing totally weird things if you want to. Even if people think it weird cause 'Hey were all gonna die someday' have a bit of fun and enjoy yourself
