Items from Christmas past in Clare Museum

Curator of Clare Museum, John Rattigan, talks about two items in the Museum collection with Christmas connections. The first item is a raffle ticket, purchased for £1 to raise money for St Vincent de Paul, dating to the 1930s, with some impressive prizes. The other item is a sample of embroidery from the Clare Embroidery School, with Christmas motifs of holly and berries. It dates to the early years of the 20th century.
