Came back from Benidorm two weeks ago today. Use the tram, it goes all the way to Denia well worth it, just over 9 euros FOR two people return !!, it's a two hour scenic journey each way. It stops at Calpe, Altea and Albir.

Guys, did you know that in Spain you can legally sleep in a vehicle overnight as long as it is a legal parking area/space and you maintain yourself within the vehicle ie no awnings, table and chairs etc. 😊 Adam

hi there is a new by- law in Calpe that you can not park your camper in the street after 8pm.even if you are not in it!
It’s 30 years since I’ve been to Calpe, it’s changed a lot, I was wondering if Mark has ever tasted Authentic Chinese food which is nothing like the traditional takeaway, my daughter in law who is Chinese has cooked for us meals that are out of this world for taste, and has taken us to some traditional Chinese restaurants which have had left a lasting impression. Yet another brilliant video for showcasing the area, well done.

Enjoying your Spanish tour we love Spain too, that rock at Calpe is the Penyal d'Ifach we've walked/scrambled up it twice it's quite hard but the views from the top are fantastic.

That's the Flamingo's natural colour, its the green blue algae they consume in places like Florida that turns their plumage pink. In zoo's they add it to their diet.

Hi Mark & Lisa loved those steps in the traditional colours of the Spanish main flag, oh by the way that game you saw is called PELOTA MANO meaning HAND BALL, is a type of PELOTA VASCA {BASQUE BALL) that is based on players whacking the hard ball against a wall called FRONTON, with little more than their hands, it is played in the BASQUE COUBTRY by the young and old alike and as a large following of players and spectators

Be careful where you use those scooters. They're banned in public places in many countries including the uk. You can only use the hired scooters legally because they're insured.
martin they are not banned any where in europe at all and not in the uk
you can use them in the uk on private property only that is why you can buy them

we members of forums trying to get the uk government to put a policy in place for private scooter to be used in the uk just like the rest of Europe . They need to allow only 18 and over on the high ways and some kind of tax and insurance to own one.

You're wrong. They cannot be used anywhere in public. Definitely in the uk and some other countries in Europe. Not sure which ones. They can't ban the sale of them because they can be used on private property.
